Microlog Cabinet Manager 2000 is a utility for opening and creating Microsoft CAB compressed files. CAB is a file compression format used by Microsoft to distribute many of their products, including Windows 98. Cabman 2000 can open CAB files to display a list of the files contained inside. You can extract or view files inside a CAB archive or self-extracting file, or add new files to a CAB file.

Cabman 2000 also allows you to create self-extracting, self-installing packages for the Internet. It can also be used to check the authenticity and integrity of the files using Authenticode. It also provides effective LZX/LZ77 compression.

This newest version has the ability to encrypt cabinet files using RSA RC2, RC4 and DES.
